🪩 Far Cry 3 Voice Not Working

No Voicelines in Far Cry 3. I just got Far Cry 3 off of the Steam Store, but when I try playing I hear no Voicelines after the video in the beggining of the dudes parachuting and stuff, I can't hear anyone, such as Vaas, The Guard at the beginning, etc. I have tried to turn off Surround Sound 7.1 and some other thing where I created a shortcut At such times just hitting the Windows button to put the game in the background and reopening it will usually fix it.
